Refunds & Returns

Important:

You can cancel or exchange the order to a new item within first 12 hours from the moment you placed your order. This policy also apply with all the changes you want to make with your order including change size, design or shipping address, etc. 

We cannot cancel any order if the product is already shipped out. 

Our return policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed by since your received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After we receive the returned item from you and inspecting it we will issue the refund. All returned items are subject to 10% restocking fee. All Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds: 

We offer full refunds and money back guarantee for items that are broken and were damaged in shipping. If you need to return the item, simply send us an email at: info@myLUXstyle.com and we will give you the return address and full refund.

Cost of shipping is non-refundable, only eligible returned items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please allow up to 5 days before you see your refund posted. If not received, contact your credit card company, it may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted.
